Added location begins April 2nd 6:00-7:00 Novice/Beginners and 6:00-8:00PM intermediate and advanced. Practice will be held at Catasauqua HS and operates every Tuesday and Thursday through the summer. Your memberships will work at both locations. Our first practice is free. All wrestlers must have a valid USA wrestling card. Scroll down for more information if you don't have currently have a card.

You can sign up and pay cash at the door, but we recommend you save time and book your class online or from the app Click Here so we can mark your attendance and payment verification ahead of time.

Parents may stay and watch but may not coach their wrestlers during practice

We are a USA Wrestling Club!
USA Wrestling is the National Governing Body for the Sport of Wrestling in the United States and, as such, is its representative to the United States Olympic Committee. Simply, USA Wrestling is the central organization that coordinates amateur wrestling programs in the nation and works to create interest and participation in these programs. As a USA Wrestling insured club, we now have access to insurance, safe sports training, professional background checks for all coaches, coach training programs, and more.
Insurance- training - the safety of youth wrestlers
Starting March 1st All members daily and monthly are required to purchase a USA wrestling card. A folkstyle membership is only $20, but if you want to compete in freestyle tournaments it is $50. If you're are an athlete older than 18 you will need to take the safe sports training and get a background check. Please enter your USA wrestling number into your profile when you signup print the waiver form and hand it in when you attend practice.
