Mike Ciasulli (610)730-2945 Email: redhawk@rcn.com Refrigerator News Eat a little and do you homework before practice From the dawn of time on the Red Hawk Clock these Words have been the rule. Practice is a lot of activity and it will get faster and more strenuous as we approach the season. BE READY. You must eat good food to fuel the machine. Candy or sweets will quit on you shortly after practice starts. It will leave a wrestler with no energy and a headache long before practice is over. With the cooler weather coming, a small bowl of soup or a half a peanut butter and jelly sandwich or both would be perfect. Now is not the time to watch your weight. Eat plenty – do those push-ups, sit-ups and pull-ups….GET STRONG...GROW BIG. And get the energy to do practice. A hot shower and the rest of dinner is the only thing we should be looking forward to after practice. Get that homework out of the way before practice and do a good job of it. Some do it after school some in the car on the way. It can and must be done and done well. I want to see our wrestlers wrestle in the NCAA’s some day. I know this, “college is not that far off”. You would be surprised how easy it is to exceed your expectations. GET GOOD, LIVE RIGHT. Great opportunities await. Start the good habits now
Saturday, September 20th was the date of the 3rd annual Red Hawk Family picnic and camp-out. Pig Roast. Music by Hot Foot (Southern Rock and Blues), Harp by Trytec was great.
October-Lock Heaven. Always the opener. This early season tournament is always well run and well attended. Download your application now and send it away. Dorney Park was a blast. Thank Chad for the help. -Coach C
