Our Moves

This is the key to the success of the wrestlers at the Red Hawk Wrestling Club . At the Club we rotate our classes through these 23 lesson plans day by day to give wrestlers a very well rounded wrestling education. Through repetitive drill we develop a wrestlers knowledge and to instinctively react to any situation.

At each class you will get a worksheet on the day's lesson to build a playbook of moves for yourself.
