Some say you only need to know 15 moves to be good at wrestling. This couldn’t be any further from the truth. Each wrestling bout is a chess match of split-second decisions and counters hidden to the untrained eye. Each wrestler has their list of 15 most successful moves, and every wrestler is different. To master the sport of wrestling, you must know and be able to defend against over 250 different moves. To put it another way, you must know the offense and defense of 21 different situations. This is what we help young wrestlers master, and this program accelerates the process.
We look forward to more joining the ranks once spring sports seasons have ended. With this link download our app and go to the Level 10/10 Awards tab for more information and to sign up for this proprietary system. http://wix.to/jNBlKnW?ref=cl
