Andrew is the oldest of the Ciasulli wrestling Dynasty. Coach C started Redhawk Wrestling when Andrew was in second grade. Andrews most notable wrestling achievements were a fourth in the state and fifth in the state of Pennsylvania and a full ride scholarship to Drexel University where he studied mechanical engineering. As a freshman at Drexel Andrew unfortunately damaged his shoulder when he had just beaten the 17th ranked wrestler in the nation who then placed in nationals later that year. After returning to Wrestling and re-injuring his shoulder several times, Andrew was forced to retire with a career ending injury.

Andrew was asked to join the coaching staff as a paid assistant coach through the remainder of his tenure at Drexel University due to his extreme knowledge of technique for the sport.

Andrew currently works as an engineering manager at a local industrial company. He holds a bachelors of mechanical engineering and an executive masters of business administration.
