Beginner camp

The fundamentals camp will be a great engaging camp for novice wrestlers who want to reinforce what they learned over their first two years of wrestling. If you think your child can not handle three days in a row, we can accommodate a two-day camp at a reduced rate. Our experienced counselors know how to read the kids. If they need a break or some fun integrated into the lessons to keep the kids engaged they will do so. This camp is not specific to younger kids, but most beginners attending this camp are younger. If you are in middle school or even high school we suggest you come with a workout partner. If your progress is fast, we will move you to the in-depth technical camp. Please email coach Andy at redhawkwrestlingfoundation@gmail.com for any questions or special needs.

Advanced Technical Camp

This camp is for wrestlers with a minimum of two years of experience who want to excel in the most important off-season aspect of the sport, Technique!! Our expert counselors will guide your athlete through the details that make moves work. Wrestlers will then get the opportunity to wrestle each other in specific positions so they can understand even more about what makes specific moves work. This will be fast-paced and designed to educate wrestlers on key technique that works from each position. And yes, we will teach our signature leg riding series and counters, as Red Hawk wrestlers are feared for their unparalleled leg riding offense.
